Hi, I'm Harriet, Welcome to Not Just Cake. Launched in 2019, I have had a passion for baking since my mum taught me to bake as a child. She would always make fabulous birthday cakes for my sisters and I. When I had my own children I loved making their birthday cakes, always wanting to try new techniques and expand my decorating skills. Over the last 10 years my passion has grown and Not Just Cake was born. Based in the little town of Axbridge in Somerset, I love to create beautiful bespoke cakes that not only look great but taste amazing too! Perfect for any celebration.
